Emily A. Hall, FRC, RMA
I work with federal employees to evaluate and strengthen their disability retirement cases before they apply—helping them understand what is required, where their documentation falls short, and what needs to be addressed.
As both a disabled veteran and Certified Federal Retirement Consultant, I bring a perspective shaped by real experience—not just process.
MY STORY
Emily Hall is the founder of FedClaim Consulting Services, created to address a critical gap in the disability retirement process: the disconnect between medical documentation and functional work capacity.
As a 100% disabled veteran and Certified Federal Retirement Consultant, she brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work. Her perspective is grounded not only in understanding the process, but in personally navigating how health conditions impact daily life and the ability to sustain employment.
Her background spans medical, legal, and federal administrative environments, with extensive experience supporting federal disability retirement cases. She has worked directly with medical records, physician documentation, and complex claims, developing a clear understanding of how conditions must be translated into functional, work-related limitations.
Through her work, she has collaborated with attorneys, healthcare providers, and federal agencies—identifying documentation gaps and strengthening the overall structure of disability claims.
FedClaim Consulting Services reflects a structured, experience-driven approach to pre-application case evaluation. The focus is on bringing clarity, organization, and accuracy to each case—ensuring individuals are better prepared before entering a process that is often unclear and overwhelming.
This work is especially meaningful to her, as it supports individuals navigating systems she understands both professionally and personally—helping ensure their case reflects the full reality of their limitations.
